Yes, eight hours. You can do a 4.5 and a 3.5 they do 3.5 hours at 5 am 10 am 3 pm and 7 pm. They go really fast though and they are rescue blocks so you have to be on about an hour before when they drop they stay at 70 for 5 minutes or so and surge to 96. 105 is max but they usually go at 96. At a sub same day station your route can literally be up to 60 miles from said station. Sometimes just the drive to the 1st delivery is an hour. That's what it's like for my region.
